G'day Phil, great that you post to keep us up to date. Love to see where Rob is and that he is able to keep Australia on the left. Really enjoyed his utube videos and to see how the fleming windvane is working and that he spends lots of time sailing under job alone. I was sorry to miss him in Mooloolaba when he passed through. Kept an eye for him but then I was not around when he was here. I went for the first sail today with my newly installed Fleming Major on Malaprop ( a 34 foot deep Rival) and first time I sailed for awhile under jib alone - a beautiful sail and the Fleming Major - one of the first built - did a magic job - easy to use and great on all points of sail. Does a much better job of sailing downwind than I do. I am still very fond of the Top Hat Marinka Mark 2 that I had. Many people leaving Mooloolaba to head north for a few months at the moment. Don't think may will chase Rob though all the way around. Cheers

Great to hear that you are still keeping an eye on us Peter.

Rob certainly is a character all on his own and like you, I am sure that we all look forward to his movie clips and posts.

Have almost finished SEAKA's refit, she will be a different yacht when I'm finished.

How about posting a photo of Malaprop on here so we can see what you have deserted Marinka for?

Been looking at the Fleming, can't afford one so will probably build a copy latter this year.

I think Rob has anchored at the old township [the one that failed in the 1800s] of Victoria.

Realized that some of you may not know the yacht CYNECIA whom is travelling with Rob.
This is a photo of them on the hard in the Great Sandy Strait,QLD last year.
