Mark 1 Top Hat for sale in Sydney

Evening All,

I have been speaking to various people about Top Hats and found this Mk 1 which is for private sale.
The owner who lives in Hobart, actually owns TWO Top Hats. This one for sale is in Sydney.

Our Top Hat is a Mark 1 and has been rigged for serious miles. She has a 13 hp Sole diesel which I have had reconditioned and reinstalled. The present name of the boat is JayBee but the sail bags carry the name ‘Hermies’.
She is also fitted with a jackstays to clip a lifeline to, mast head VHF and the sort of gear you don’t use to sail down harbour with. Even after my efforts she is still in need of a loving owner. The mast was out two years ago and all rigging renewed. The sails are pretty average. I have just slipped and anti fouled her.
I would be happy to get $9,500 for her.
