Top Hat Skippers sail together

Top Hat Skippers sail together

Hi all,

Rod from Lake Macquarie (Mk3) came down to the Central Coast this afternoon to join us for a sail on Storm Petrel. We had a lovely sail from Brisbane Waters to over 7 miles East of Barrenjoey light house and back to Brisbane Waters. It was great to while away the afternoon with a 12-14 knot Northerly, Irish coffee, peanuts and good conversation. A picture of Rod and one of my motley crew (Jacko) at the 7 mile mark is attached. Thanks for joining us Rod.

Mark,
Storm Petrel

Jacko asked if the photo could by touched up to improve his already good looks. Rod said that, yes with photoshop Jacko could be turned into a movie star - to which Jacko said, which one- LASSIE? I had never noticed the resemblance until he mentioned it.

The 10 ft log wasn't an option yesterday at Macs, the banks are too deep for such small waves to even break.

Hope to wax up today,
Mark
