mark 1 for sale

This one is on gumtree. I spoke to the owner on the telephone but layout does not suit me. (No toilet). It is cheap enough and sounded in reasonable condition needing a tidy up. Was told rigging was replaced 3 years ago. Sails average condition. Might be worth a look for someone wanting this layout. Said he would take $3000.

Not having a toilet isn't a reason to not buy a boat...... Depending on the rest of the interior it might be a really cheap way to get not Top Hat sailing... Portapottis aren't as good as a pump put system, but they are functional and cheap.

Did he say whether there was a separate head enclosure or that the head was under the v-berth?

We have the potti under the v-berth, and it's fine, apart from when youre fast asleep and you need it. Usually just have a bucket for the nocturia.......

Hi These boats are so cheap, off all the boats i have ever had, the tophat would be the best built boat on the water bar none, easy to sail, great storage, and a great sea friendly boat, these boats will go up in value as time moves on, so grab one while they are cheap! I just sold mine and bought a hutton 28 a bit more room, but the build quality does not compare. :D :D :D Cheers jl
