Here is Joylees setup, like some others though I am always out on my own and haven't quite worked out how to throw it to myself if the time comes! A heads up on the self igniting light- Jaycar have started selling them- water activated LED, not real powerful but at night it seems to work ok and at $6.95 you can get ones for the life jackets as well as the lifebouy
