SPAM, THERE'S A PORK CHOP IN EVERY TIN (REALLY).

Reason; You can use the fat for a lubricant for the stern gland and winches, dry it out to use on a hook for bait. Can't use oranges, lollies or beer for that. The shiny tin for a fishing lure. The sharp edge for a knife to cut the fish, if you forget the cutlery (or the plates). The flesh of the fish contains fresh water for rehydration.

Easy choice. It's SPAM every time!

On my boat Spam is in the survival rations as well as standard issue, as is tins of creamed rice :D !,

I cant think of anything better than nice oranges myself too, (mangoes would be no good, I would eat the whole lot non-stop, I have tins of them anyway).
By throwing or letting them roll around, Oranges seem to get juicier the more you abuse them too.
And they be keepin' the dreaded Scurvy at bay too, aarrghh.
