How about a fore-aft harbour bridge mast step. See mk2 for $27500 on boatpoint. Maybe it has a bolt and one can lower mast. It also looks a little shorter than standard mast step.

My goodness, what a fit out! Someone has spent a lot of time and money on that boat.

Not sure about the fore-aft mast step, but it would make for an easy lowering for bridges.

Yes, they have spent a lot of time and money but I would be worried if the rest of the work is as badly thought out as the LP gas installation!

I think this is the one which was advertised a while ago for $45 K.
