Top hat MK3 propeller behind rudder

Hi my mk3 hads propeller behind the rudder ,most of the top hat mk3 have them between the keel and rudder can you tell me if this is standard
I have a Drofin 2cyl diesel powering it , maybe someone has some information about mistral ,was purchased in Huntley's cove Sydney
