Boom looking a bit sad and sorry, any ideas? [updated]

I had to replace mine some 5 years ago and while I still had the Al. insert to the boom, I made my own gooseneck up.
Going to Seaka Tuesday so will post photos tomorrow. [Couldn't find the old ones!]

The round SS is actually part of my old prop shaft that I broke trying to get into Yellow Patch
