Yes it did sell to a local.
We were under stress to sell as the RMS were after us for anchoring in "ONE PLACE" for more than 28 days

If it's not a rude question what price range did it sell for?

RMS did an "Audit" in Belmont Bay in June on Lake Macquarie. Haven't used Felicite much but kept it slipped and mooring serviced so no worries.

We had to sell and would have got 6k if we had waited I reckon, but it was a basic Top Hat and RMS was on our case and Shaun had to get away to the Whitsundays.
Shaun is at Hexam tonight, Curlew tomorrow then Mackay day after.
Got a bit of a shock tonight as sitting at Hexam with 40 knot bullets coming over the ridge,
