Hi Gerard,
We had Moon Spinner up on the slips last week, just a bit more info....when under tow from the slip to a mooring there was no water coming on to the cockpit floor, we were doing about 5 or 6kts through the water, the water level was about half way up the outboard well sides on flat water.
I also have a Mark3 with the anchor locker on the foredeck, although it's more like an anchor "rode" locker as the Rocnas don't fit in the well anyway, without modification to the locker, which has been done with details of that on the site. When I moor the Mk3 I remove the anchor from the front, it goes onto the bow roller when sailing. I reckon it would be easier weighing anchor with an on deck locker rather than feeding the rode down the hawse pipe, but some say it's not a problem.
The interior isn't all that flash, but the layout is practical with a berth each side rather than the dinette style layout, I'm hoping to take some interior photos today.
We are basing our assumption that it's a Formit built Mk1, by the reinforcing under the fore deck, cockpit floor and lazerette hatches, which is like a grid/honeycomb like grp reinforcing.
The included motor is a Yamaha 5hp, 2 stroke, that goes into the well, 2007 model.
Cheers
