What specs for solar setup?

Solar is something that I will be looking at. I have a 125Ah deep cycle battery in the garage in tip top condition that I will put in the yacht. I will add another identical battery as I know I can run my 50ltr Waeco fridge for 3 days with no charging on 1 battery. But with 2 batteries and a 80-100 watt panel will sustain the batteries at mooring and will be okay sailing with top up from alternator from motor when necessary. My problem may be that I will want to mount the solar panel on the pushpit but I do not consider it to be robust enough, maybe. Again, it is not until I actually eyeball the yacht in 2 weeks to see.
