I bought one online for about 400 bucks from some guys who have an online dive shop in adelaide. been a bloody great investment!! I think it has already paid for itself in retrieved glasses and boat parts!!! about the only thing it doesn't have is an accumulator bottle but for my use that is unimportant but easily rectified. easy to make if you want to as well- oilless compressor and a scuba 2nd stage connected with the correct grade hose is all they are.. plenty of how to stuff on the 'net-
Indeed Philip!! don't think that that would be fun at all!!- "what's that honey? octopus got your tongue???" I have it at home at present so I will take a pic in the next day or so...
sorry about the delay Shaun, here are a couple of pics, unfortunately the guys had remeved the sticker from the compressor so I can't get their trade secrets I suppose... . Their name on ebay is oz_dive_air, but they don't have anything listed at the moment. You could try sending them a massage or just make your own, plenty of help online http://www.keeneeng.com/ has a good little page(it did have more on it and lots of advice for doing your own but I can't see it there now) go to resources and look for introduction to hookah diving. there is certainly more out there on the net, but be aware that diving with an air supply is much different to and potentially more dangerous than free diving so at least talk to a qualified diver and don't dive alone- oh and don't forget the long nose pliers to get your tongue back if needs be.....
