Looks like we may need to choose another date due to the poor weather window for the out-of-towners. I can make it on Saturday but will be in Hawaii from early next week until late June, so count me out of the postponed event unless we can make it after that.

Its only two boats that aren't coming from up north. THere are plenty of other boats still going.

a postponing (or additional get together) might see Felicite, Seaka, Sea Lady, Russell with his new TH plus the local boats attend.

I spoke to Russel (Irishwolf) yesterday. We decided that even if the event was postponed, we would go out for the afternoon/evening providing the weather is OK. Notice I said, OK, not perfect! So far the BOM is predicting Cloudy. Isolated showers. Light winds. Lovely.....

Russell has all but purchased his boat, and is keen to get on the water, so no further excuses needed for me to go out! Thankfully, we're really close so changing the event dates is no real issue.

My guess is that Mark (Storm Petrel) will come out of Brisbane Water on the outgoing, and try to get back in before the 18:00 high, unless he's staying over. So all going well, we'll be on 16 all afternoon sailing around somewhere in Pittwater and having a bite at the Basin.

Greg and Shaun I think have my mobile number, but for anyone else, PM me and I'll send it to you.

Bear, what's your idea? Perhaps Fish and Chips at Palm Beach Wharf would work!
