Afternoon All,
With my inboard diesel I have a combined accelerator and gear lever.
The gear lever part is activated by pushing in a button below the lever.
My problem is that when I recently removed the engine and replaced it I
seemed to have reassembled the gear cables incorrectly so that the engine
rev's are climbing before the gear box engages Not very good.
Has anybody experience with this type of gear? The only good part is that
I did not touch the lever assembly so that the adjustment has to be
at the gear box or engine accelerator.
