It's all about getting the bannana / rocker shape right in the hull .To much and it will row like a rocking horse ,not enough it will row like a bag of horse manure
Its hard to get an idea of the real shape on the drawing board, I couldn't find any rules to go by either and after I put this one together I think I'll go inflatable if it fails
Rob, You could use the scale drawings to make a scale model out of cardboard or 1mm polystyrene sheet. You can glue the polystyrene with model aero plane glue. Its available from plastics suppliers. I made a rough model hull with my son to show him how to make a chine boat from a flat sheet. Greg.

This build a dinghy thing isn't that hard ! Anyway I found this stitch and glue on the web looks like a dinghy ? if it dosn't work you good put a lid on it and use it as a coffin and put yourselves out of your misery
Maybe before you take my last comment to heart What Mr Greg suggested might help .So if you print the line drawing, and in large it you should be able to make one out of balsa wood or thin packing plywood .And if that works why not scale it up and make a bigger one ? or even a BIGGER ONE !!!
