Tophat 25 MkIII “Stellar” coming up for sale

Hi all,

After five years of playing and upgrading Stellar the time has come to say goodbye and I will be putting her up for sale in the coming days. She’s currently on the hard stand getting a new antifoul.

In the last three years she has been upgraded with:

New Standing and Running Rigging
New Sails (Main, furling Genoa, staysail, storm jib and furling code C)
New electronics: everything came out and everything came in new Raymarine (except depth sounder)
This includes 2x Axiom Chartplotters (1x 7” Outside and 1x 9” inside), Evolution Autopilot, AIS Transceiver (B), VHF, Raytheon Radar (stand alone - the old amazing tech). New wind vane still needs to be installed at the top of the mast.

Set up for single handed cruising with extensive Safety equipment (including new Jordan series drogue with its dedicated chain plates) 4P life raft (1,5 yrs old) can be added (I currently own 50% of that raft).

Custom mini dodger and solid hatch. All through hulls have been removed and glasses over, only one for the sink is there.
New self tailing winches are installed and 3 reefing points with controls to the cockpit.

The boat is technically very solid and one can make it pretty with little work.
No inboard - comes with 9.9HP two stroke (2017) and dinghy (2.2m inflatable scirocco) with 2.5HP two stroke
