For someone with time for a project here is a nice little yacht at a nice little price of $3000
First the good news

Now the bad news
She had a leek at the prop shaft and was flooded up to the top of the engine not sure if engine is fixable leak was fixed

So where is Tuascott and how long ago did she sink.

I'm sure that engine will be recoverable if she only sunk recently.

Hello chaps, I've just had a quick peek at Rod's mk3, the hull seemed nice and solid, it's got sails and EPIRB, so if you bung in an outboard and give it a good scrub and slipping, you'll have yourself a bargain. It's ready to sail, just a tad muddy. I was going to buy it, but I've finally got sails and engine on my mk1, so reluctantly had to let it go. Bring an outboard, a slab of beer, a lady of loose morals, and some cleaning gear, and sail her away. Cheerio!

Hello chief, I'm sorry I didn't get any photos, the boat is muddy and will need an outboard, but it's solid and ready to sail immediately, I would have bought it on the spot if I didn't have my mk1 virtually ready to sail. You'll need a good 3 or 4 days of scrubbing, and you'll want to spruce up the interior and slip the boat, but you'll save thousands if you buy this 'un. Some blighter's gonna grab a bargain. Be warned, the boat looks like crap but there's a gem underneath. It's in the Hawkesbury too, some of the best cruising in Australia. Cheerio!

Thanks for the tip. I’m in Mackay and got work commitments. I really want to buy one and sail it back enjoying the trip but don’t think I will have time for fixing things, slipping and still enjoy the trip. I’m starting to think getting someone to bring one up for me might be the option. Gonna be a fantastic playground around here

Hi..sooooo...what as the outcome of all that?...might be interesting. BTW a diesel underwater for a short time should be recoverable...more readily than a petrol engine as very few electrics
