TopHat MK?

Hi all.
I'm looking to purchase TopHat but from what I can see she's different to any other TopHat. She's got entry hatch which swings up. Also she's got only 2 large windows, not bolted to the deck.
Room for aoutboard. Fitout: gallery on portside 2 burner gas, toilet with holding tank and fresh water storage tanks in bilge.
Appreciate any info on her. Her current name is Cool Change at Scarborough marina.

Hi Kryspen

If you do a search on the Top Hat forum you will find a few references to Cool Change. If it is the same one, she was at Rosslyn Bay, Capricorn Coast for a while. A few forumites have seen her and made comments.

No joy.
Bend mast around spreader, no furler, no compas, speed sensor not working, all rops worn out, no reefing system.
No purchase (asking $17000 down to $15000).

They did a complete refit on her turning everything around inside. Beautiful work though.

I think they wanted $21,000 in 2011.
