Nav software for HTC One

Hi,
Two questions if I could.
1. Where is an inexpensive place to buy Australian paper charts from?
2. I have a HTC One mobile telephone. I have tried memory maps but it didn't work properly. Can't use Navionics as it doesn't suit the fone. Any of a good/suitable software for my smartfone?
