Garmin Oregon 400C GPS

Hi all,

As much as I'd like a chartplotter, I'm not sure I could justify the expense Vs use, but the Oregon 400C in combination with charts (or even by itself) I think could be used sailing and would be handy on the kayak.

The screen size obviously is a down side, but does anyone have any opinions on this or other similar units? What are the charts they use like Vs other electronic charts?
