leak detection

Went out to the boat in the rain yesterday with the objective of finding source of leaks. Spent and hour/hour half crawling everywhere. From stem to stern found the following. Bolt (with some thread visible) holding anchor roller has small leak (water runs into area below chain locker). Found some Water below the tube carrying water from anchor locker, source as yet not known, might be the tube. Rest of vee berth area all good, including the vee berth hatch. Small leak from mushroom vent in Head. Biggest leak of all is from bottom of opening into cabin (starboard side), not from washboards, but from the corner of the horizontal channel at the bottom of the opening. Probably just needs SIKAFLEX in the corner where horizontal timber meets vertical timber. This explains the water I had noticed on the 1/4 berth cushion. The water ends up in the bilge, so now I know where the bilge water has been coming from. Starboard side backstay chainplate and the rear nut/bolt for pushpit leaking onto rearmost part of the carpet attached to the inside of the hull (second biggest leak and explains why there has been condensation on the upperside of the 1/4 berth. There is till a small leak from the cockpit locker lid. I did not get to check the deck fittings that could be allowing water into the cockpit locker. So now to remedy these leaks and she will be even drier.
