ULTRASONIC ANTI FOULING ?

Hi Guy / Gals ,

Been considering this Anti Fouling method for a while now , to be set up on our Mk1 . What is forum members general conscesus on its use ?

Thing is though, if you don't take your boat out at least every 18 months to two years, you won't see how the rest of the bottom is going, things like rudder bearings, skin fittings etc.

Apparently the Ultrasonic works, to a point, but you still need to anti foul.

Hi Miker ,

Thanks for the advice , seems as though this added protection against marine growth is worthy of consideration in aiding ones hull to be kept clean . Used in conjunction with slippage / Anti Fouling , it offers those with a moored boat complete preventative method .

From what I've read if there is any current at all the system is not as effective as in still water.
