Epoxy is your friend. Not long after I bought the Top Hat I made ply/Epoxy holding tank for the head it was a fairly quick build designed to last a few years. Now, 11 years later there's no signs of leaks or smells. The contents of the holding tank would be a bit more corosive than drinking water. I love epoxy!
