Tohatsu 6hp sail drive, xtra long shaft

Sorry for the duplication but I purchased a Tohatsu some months ago and have only now been able to get o/b to my MK3 TH. Somebody was asking how it fitted but I have cleaned out my inbox since.
The Tohatsu 6hp, xtra long shaft, 4 stroke has replaced the 6hp Johnson 2 stroke. Although the Tohatsu is longer than the Johnson it is just as easy to get into the well. It doesn't seem any heavier. The actual shaft and cavitation plate isn't as bulky so it fits into the well easier without struggling. I do need to adjust the tilt angle a few settings as standard up/down hits the bottom of well below the waterline.
I have only used the o/b in smooth seas so far for a couple of hours but it seems to be going beautifully, no smoke. Only a slight bit of accelerator is required to drive the boat.
I did, however, run over the mooring line when coming in and discovered that the rope had caught between the rudder and o/b leg. This was resolved with the use of boathook poked down the well.

Rod, what's the noise level like? Nice and quiet?

I laughed about the rope, that can happen so easily.

cheers
