I measured the mast on my Mk3 when I removed it for refurbishing and it was 9533mm. I then cut 60 mm off as the bottom part was seriously corroded.

A guestimate from when i had mine down a few years back; somewhere between 60 - 100kg. Took 3 of us to lower and move it
Btw my mast is around 11.5m in length; a fair bit larger than standard
