Yes, that horizontal arm would be in the way of my OB. But if you don't need it, its getting even more tempting.
I really like the way you have set up the control lines to the tiller, along the area where your feet go , & not across the seats from the combing, your way you can still lay down along the cockpit seats , very important I reckon.
