Thanks

Topi does not have a spinnaker, nor have I ever used one on any vessel. Guess that shows my racing inclinations :)

I seldom race but have found a spinnaker very useful on the Top Hat in light breezes. I have both symmetric and asymmetric kites and use them quite a bit, but I usually do not bother with them when single handing.

Just an update on the swageless fitting/s that I got off eBay. They were suppose to be Blue Wave, they even used a Blue Wave photo. When it arrived it was some cheap non branded terminal that has who knows what specifications. I say it arrived, as I ordered and paid for two, but got only one :(

So, after a hell of a lot of hassel I got a refund, but it cost me half the purchse price to send the item back to PayPals satisfication.

That little job is now done, but I need to do a couple more stays in the summer sometime, so I will be in touch :)
