okay who's put a yam 9.9 in a well. There was some movement on this topic a while back and I'd like to revisit it. Also photos of any modifications required. Performance MPG speed rev etc.

Not sure about the Yamaha, but take a look at this ad, it shows a 9.8 Tohatsu.

Using the backstay as a crane to lift up out of the water. Not a bad idea, but bit of an invitation to thieves.
This boat has been on the market for years.

yeah I've seen the Tohatsu in at Yeppoon I'm not keen on the skinny leg on them
