In excellent condition, but does need a lick of paint on the deck and new 'lazy jacks' fitted.
'Sea Breaze' has a good range of sails, including selfurler headsail, 2 winches, good sheets, an old but good outboard motor and accommodations below (including a head) for 3, or with a squeeze, 5.
Having sailed many and varied yachts over the years, this would have to be the easiest to sail, most comfortable and seaworthy small yacht I have experienced. (photos available)
Being (an old fart), I needed something to satisfy the salt water in my veins, 'Sea Breaze' certainly did that. Unfortunately, my health has failed badly and I must let her go.
If you relish the wind and the waves in isolation, or if you are looking for a family sailer, 'Sea Breaze' is just the boat for you. She will be well priced for the enthusiast.
