If that is the yacht i think it is she was owned by a bloke named Alan who sailed out of Blargowie yacht squadron he spent a lot of time on her getting here back up to scratch i had a look inside her, as at that stage i dreamed of owning a tophat and was amazed how awful the fit out was, he sold her and she went to Yaringa I wonder if Simon Keliot the broker at Vic sail in Hastings would have any info on her seems a shame to see her broken up maybe there could be some keen guys here who would enjoy rebuilding her she could belong to the tophat club just an idea

yes i had that idea as well but not cost effective it would cost around $25000 bucks to get her going again you can buy a lot of boat for that money but if any one wants a challenge im up to offers but you better be quick as dismantelling has to start on monday as it has to be out of marina asap

Gday Adrian,
Have seen some of your gear on eBay.
what are the grab rails you mentioned, any photos?
Also you may be limiting your marketplace, if you dont offer to post the items....just a suggestion.
regards

G'day Shaun, the photos on the ebay listing look suspiciously like those on Dulcamara's cabin roof. Looking at your photos of Blue Moon, she doesn't have them.

In my experience, they're easy to sand, clean and varnish whilst off the boat and look really, really nice and are functional to boot.
