Top Hat 25 MkIII


I have sailed Night Cap Sth from her home at Laurieton, she is now moored in Pittwater.






Cruising Version, built 1984, with enclosed toilet.

Motor
New 2009 Mercury 8hp LS outboard, with saildrive hi-thrust prop, just run-in & just had first service(purchased and serviced at Hastings Marine, Port Macquarie) at 25hrs, total hrs on engine 26hrs(before sail Sth to Pittwater). Now has 40hrs use, in as new condition, always fresh water washed down and sprayed with Inox before stored.

Night Cap was last antifouled in april 2009, with international Micron Extra.
She has only 1 seacock(galley sink waste), all un-used seacocks & thru-hulls(old toilet, old inboard inlet etc) were removed and epoxy glassed up.
The yacht originally had an inboard motor, this has been removed by a previous owner, propshaft removed & epoxy glassed up.
A delivery to Sydney harbour or anywhere North as far as Port Macquarie is possible,
