Wanted to buy top hat or similar

Hi all I’m looking to upgrade from my endeavour 24 for cruising the port hacking , up to the harbour / Pittwater in the right weather. Top hat or similar.
Budget is 10k
I’d like a furling heady and boom bag is possible, I live really close to my mooring and would like to able to jump on and go sometimes.
No interest in racing.
I’ve seen a few yachts that almost fit the bill but not quite. I’m not after a project right now .
