Mk 2 for sale (soon)

She is a Formit Mk 2 on a swing mooring on our beautiful Lake Macquarie near the LMYC. While I have done and had done , a lot of upgrading and replacement work,there is some left for the next owner to do - windows- interior cosmetics - I pulled out all the old carpet. A topside paint if you feel theneed. Consequently it will suit the person keen to put their finishing touches on the boat. Currently being pushed around by a Tohatsu 2 stroke ob in the well - 5 knots, easy. Multiple sail wardrobe including an assy but will negotiate depending on offers. Great ground tackle- 2 anchors plus chain and warp. Choice of dinghies or maybe the inflatable. Autohelm with remote (so cool!!!!) New Bidata speed and depth, GPS,VHF with masthead aerial. Usual life jackets and etc. Near new standing and running rigging, through hulls and cocks replaced.
The work left to do includes removing the remnants of the old Kubota diesel or refurbishing it and reinstalling it - its been on my "round toit" list for too long - included if you want it. The motor andgearbox are all there iin my shed including near new 3 bladed prop and drive shaft.
So why am selling? Ive bought a bigger boat.... so after 15 years she has to go. Motivated vendor is the term - genuine prospects can txt to my mob 0411 807 861 and take it from there. Throw a number at me!
