Mark III Top Hat - For sale
Posted: Mon Jun 01, 2020 4:46 pmAs a result of being able to upgrade to a bigger boat, I am reluctantly selling my top hat.
This has been a great boat over the years with plenty of time around the Hawkesbury and overnighters on the river and Pittwater.
As you can see the fit out is very comfortable and in good condition. A great weekender.
This is a mark 3 of I think 1985.
Self furling headsail, arco winches, small locker in cockpit, extra fibreglass seat at the rear of cockpit, meth burner, self contained head.
Recently painted the surfaces with treadcote.
Lots of photos provided.
I recently took out the original sole inboard which gave up the ghost and I've cleaned out the engine area and bilge.
I have been recently researching the next stage of fitting an outboard so options are to fit it in the well or on the transom or fit a new inboard if you wish.
I will price the boat to take this into consideration.
Was looking at a price of $8,000.
I simply can't have 2 boats hence the reason to sell.
