Mark 1 Waitangi possibly coming up for sale

Hi Guys, After a partnership of 35 years, 20 with Bluebird, and 15 with Tophat we look like going separate ways and advertising our Baker built Mark 1 Tophat Waitangi early next year.
She is currently berthed at Sandringham Yacht Club and we plan to do annual slipping at SYC in late November, so if anyone is interested, and wants to see her out of the water please let me know via this forum or on 0419 541 802. Powered by inboard Sole 13 HP diesel and normal range of accessories/sails etc which I will detail at later stage.

Hi,

I'm from Tassie and just sold my trailer sailer and I'm looking for a keel boats and most likely Top Hat or Columbia.
I'm pretty keen on the Top Hats as I've followed Rob Lovelace during his circumnavigation via Facebook and Youtube and Top Hats seem pretty decent and not too many bad words mentioned on them (That's always a good sign).
I'm happy to fly over in November but could I have a few details beforehand (privately via email is quite ok ?) so I gauge the value in flying over to look her over.
Lastly, I have holidays (I'm a teacher so have the long term break ) to sail her back to Tas (Devonport) so I'm looking to buy and sail back around mid-Dec (20th Dec)
