Someone Bought a Bargain Mk2 in Sydney

"4th Lady" a Mk 2 with the works, was sold last weekend for $11k. This was a boat which had a virtually new diesel engine, new rigging both standing and running, and new furling jib. Recently anti-fouled. You could not ask for more. Is one of us the lucky buyer? Does show where the market is at.
