Hi all

Time has come for me to sell my Mk3,

Add will be on boatpoint soon enough, in brief;

New standing & running rigging in 2009
New Mercury 8hp long shaft 2009 with low hours (is due for its second only service)
New main & #1 (hanked) 2009/10
Asy & sym kite
#2 & #3 jibs in fair condition
Chartplotter & fishfinder
Solar panel & SLA battery
Manual head (2009)
50ltr plastimo water tank with pressurised water
Re-wired throughout
Boom cover, mooring cover, shade cover
New interior cushions/covers and carpet throughout
Custom made double birth amidships
Will sleep six, but four comfy
VHF and more included
Due for antifoul now; selling at a realistic price. Contact dan on 0401 877 490 for enquiries and inspection (inspections on a sunday only).
Mooring in tarban creek (sydney) may be available with sale, will depend on MSB's viewpoint and acceptance

What type of boat are moving to Dan? Very reasonable price for your Top Hat; good luck with the sale.

If SWMBO saw this deal I would be asked to explain why we didn't get ours at this price!
If if if..
I would suppose this deal wont' be round for long

Moving on to a NS31 and new fishing boat, bit of interest already but im not in a rush.

will miss her, she is a good boat :cry:

Anybody interested in a half share in this boat? I think it would be a good buy, but dont have the time to justify the full purchase.

Dan,

NS31 is a very nice boat. I agree that you shouldn't rush into a sale, because at 9k I think you have more than met the market.
