She is moored at Yowie Bay (South part of Sydney), and is in need of some TLC but is said to be in otherwise sound condition. New cushions, said to have neat fitout. Standing rigging needs replacing due to age, and she needs to be anti-fouled. Listed in "Afloat" magazine. Has an Yamaha 8 hp outboard and dinghy. Mooring may be available? Asking $8,950.
