Shaking mast

Since Tales (Mk III) has been moored in a pen I have noticed the mast shaking in any wind direction aft of the beam. The electric wiring rattles in the mast which is a nuisence at night.
I guess it has something to do with the rigging tension although I have set it to the Loos gauge recomendation and the shaking persists.
Yesterday, running with the wind with just the headsail, it was shaking again.
Any ideas?
Tom

Hi tom shaking mast as i have just rebuilt bulk head i would look at mast step on cabin for mast not sitting flat in the step. or movement in bulkhead .do you have 50*50 timber running down bulkhead mine had let go from bulkhead .from the bottom and alowed bulkhead to move.and what mast step do have and is the aft of it sinking into your cabin top.loosing rig does not seem right. maybe your damp got to bulkhead hope you work it out all the best brett

Hi Tom and Brett,

My MK1 mast also shakes in the wind, I think it has something to do with the mast profile and the tensions of the lower rigging, haven't noticed it shaking when sailing.
