Top Hat Man sighted in Parsley Bay

This may start to become the illusive pursuit of the Loch Ness monster with a twist.
Around 11.00am yesterday, I was in my wet suit underneath my Top Hat cleaning barnacles from my propeller in Parsley Bay, near Brooklyn. (Last year when I got my antifoul done, they used antifoul on the prop rather than Interspeed).
I popped my head up from under the water, and their was a small punt, with at large Top Hat on the top.It was about 1/2 a metre tall. I yelled to the driver but he could not hear me.
Has anyone else sighted this punt/dingy, or was I dreaming. Would of loved to have got a photograph.
