Wonder what it would take to even meet safety standards to get to starting line...

Smallest entrant this year appears to be a 35 footer... followed by a few Sydney 38'ers.

At least we wouldn't need to run the engine to wind the winches.... and the keel wouldn't fall off if we hit a sunfish,,,

Rob - that's funny... we also stand a chance of the keel staying on for the duration as well.

I have had the pleasure of spending a few hours on Skandia's Wildthing a couple of years back, as a bit of a corporate day. Absolutely amazing experience... was blown away with the canting keel, the weight of the boat...
