Looking for a Tophat and need advice

I live in Sydney and am looking to buy a TH. Any comments to my 2 questions much appreciated.
Anyone know of a TH called Sea Swan, It is a mk2 and was sold in Sydney about 12 to 18 months ago, It is now down the coast. I hear that movement/flexing of the deck above the cabin (for example if one jumps on it/pushes down hard with one's foot) spells bad news.

Hi their, the deck of all tophats should be solid, no movement, i have never seen one YET!! that Flexes, their is a coulple on lake Maquarie that would be good buying one diesal one outboard mark 11"s i think. Try Boatpoint, ausrtalian boat brokers, has three at the moment, 9k or 10k should buy the diesel has to be sold! Cheers John Oberon11
