1987 Mk III Top Hat yacht in excellent condition above, below and beneath. No osmosis or other defects. All major updates (new mast, rigging, engine upgrades etc) all done. Reliable engine that has never failed and will run for years to come. New depth and log installed in 2010 - new ship and cranking batteries installed 2009. New masthead anchor light installed 2010 - the list goes on.
