need some help ,
need to toilet train my 2 small dogs for stay overnight .

Sorry to take so long to respond, must have missed this one

You've met mojo at our place, she regularly sails onboard our mark 3 "auriga". A tip regarding the toilet training, you can buy puppy training mats from most pet stores (essentially a surgical mat about 30cm'2) which comes with a small vial of essence which attracts the dogs to go #1 on the mat

When we're at anchor we usually place the matt on the cockpit floor out of the way and mojo knows where to go, otherwise there is the odd mishap on the foredeck, but nothing a bucket of water cant fix

Inside, at night we usually place a matt on the floor however mojo generally wakes us when she needs to go. We have had the odd problem when we've been sailing for long periods of time but nothing the washing machine cant handle

saw you and your boat heading through the spit bridge today (i was on a NS31), gave you a wave but dont think you saw me. Nice boat didnt see your pooch on board though

1st time ,they aren't sure what was happening they made great hot water bottles

Be careful with dogs on board overnight.

I have stopped taking my dogs on board for overnight stays after one desperately wanted to ablute so jumped over the side and swam to shore in the middle of the night.

Older dogs are more difficult to train as if they are like mine they only like to go to the loo where there is grass. As that has been their training all their life.
