Hi Rob, There a a few Marinas in the Melbourne (Port Phillip Bay) area. If you could be more specific I could search "Sundowner" out for you and maybe have a look at it for you. I am moored in the Hobson's Bay area at the north area of the bay. There is another Top Hat moored near my Top Hat "Sombrero". It looks a bit tatty at present and needs some TLC. I have not seen any body at it in the last year. It is a Mark 1 named "Genda"sail No. H 31 with an inboard engine. I have not been on board and I do not know what it is like inside, but, I have motored around it on numerous occasions. I do know it belongs/ed to a past member of the HBYC. I have previously got the contact details for a friend, but his wife insisted that he stick with his trailer sailer and there was no follow up. It should be cheap. Where are you situated?
Regards, "Sombrero" John Streader

Sundowner is at Yaringa Boat Harbour at the top of Westernport. You can find her on www.yachthub.com She is a MkIII and has been for sale for some time. We had a brief look at her before we bought White Rabbit from Brighton. She is clean inside and has good instrumentation and all the other standard features.
