some old documents

Hello all,

Recently I bought an 85 mk III and the other day a packet of papers arrived from the broker.

I duly went off to the Waterways office where the appalling young chap conducted the transactions of transferring rego for the boat to me then transferring the new boat onto my mooring license, without once saying "please" or "thank you". To me these things are automatic and I consider it a studied insult when they are withheld. It was on the tip of my tongue to ask whether his mother ever taught him any manners but in the end I didn't say anything. God protect me from junior public servants...

Bur anyway, within the packet of papers, no fibs were told and receipts were provided for re-rigging and engine overhaul. Yay!
Included within all of these was a couple of original Formit documents. These are a Formit letterhead price/spec list with hand annotations for the new 27, dated April 89, also what appears to be the original Yanmar 2GM20 manual; also a nice tophat 25 plan/layout diagram.

I've tried to scan and upload but the resultant files are too large.

If they are of any interest please let me know and I'll email them out to someone more competent.

Hi Allen,

Congrats on the purchase!,

I'd be interested in having a look at the top hat documents, i wont need the Yanmar manual.
You'll probably find when you go to email them, it will automatically reduce the file size.

Evening All,

Allen's old forms are interesting. One is the plan and section of a mark 3.

The other is the cost quote and with the cost of a 27' Top hat. Remember only 4 x 27' were built.
I have posted the costing as the other is already posted elsewhere.
