Hi members, in the gallery there is s sail plan for the Top Hats. I have printed it our but the quality is very average and in areas very hard to read. Does anyone have a clearer copy of the sail plan please?????

Did that change across the various versions of Top Hat or was that constant the the period of construction?

Correct Galini,
Top Hats do not have a standard plan after the Mk 0's.
Just had a Top Hat mk1 past us that was rigged with two cross stays per original drawings [may be the only one!].
Depending on who did the mast and boom there may be differences.
So MEASURE< MEASURE before you have a sail made.

Not a sail, but related question, noting what you just said, would a 27ft (8.2m) mast mate be suitable for us? I'm assuming that the mast heights across the 4 marks wouldn't be
that different.

If that's what you have I suppose that's it, but I think [quickly] that most mast heights are the same.
Look at some of the info contained on the site as I am sure mast height has been discussed before.
