just wondering if anyone has been up the Roseville chase/ middle creek very far past the bridge in a a TH, and how far did you get? I ve been a little parst the bridge and would be interested to see how far is navigable, perhaps with a rising tide

Where the bost ramp and parking area is, used to be dredged for sand. So a lot of siltation would be happening and you would find it hard to pick a channel. My mooring used to be opposite the stbd channel marker just before the marina, and yachts regularly went sground there.

If you want to go upstream take the dinghy.

emperical evidence indicates, (before the recent rain)
that with low- medium tide the upper limit is one bend before the largest side branch comes in from the east, about 1.2 miles upstream of the roseville bridge. nice bits of creek to explore around there, and verry good holding in mud. it would also appear that the channel up is quite narrow in places.
