table/nav station in MK 1

table/nav station in MK 1

Postby Reef » Tue Feb 03, 2009 8:50 pm

I've had my MK 1 (Wigwam) for a couple of years now and have gone without a table down below.

Do any other owners of Mk 1's have photos of interiors or siuggestions for where to set one up?? IS there usually a drop leaf table next to the sink?

Hi Gavin,

I also have a Mk1 with no table down below, what I have done is instal a "springfield folding table bracket" Whitworths cat no.85565 $99.00. It works really well down below fully adjustable can swing it around all over the place, if only I could source another mounting plate for the cockpit it would be even more versatile. next time I'm down at the boat i'll take a photo and post. This is a runout item so not sure how much longer you can get them for, I was down at whitworths on the weekend trying to source another mounting plate

Thanks Mark!!

I've managed to pick up the last unit from Whitworths... looks like exactly what i Needed.
Now to find a suitable table top. Do you happen to know the dimensions of yours?

Cheers
